#DAY 4

Hi !!!

It's day 4 already.
That's mean you are  now cranky, moody and waiting for a trigger to appear so you can quit and back to fapping again.

I don' blame you, it's body chemistry.
That's also mean that I today have to give everything that I got to stop you from fapping.



It's me versus you then.

First of all ..

When you think about quitting....

If you quit right now, you would binge.
You will fap and fap and fap untill you feel guilty.
The pleasure is about 2 3 minutes, but the aftermath is devastating.



I can give you one hundred of reason why you should not fap right now!!

You are a loser. 
I don't want to sugarcoat it anymore.
You fap because  you cannot find somebody to have sex with you for free.
People dont want to have sex with you because you are not attractive.
You have a hump on your back.
Your face looks older.
You lacks confidence.
It is a vicious cycle!!


                                      


What say you if I say you still have hopes?
This things is reversible.
Even the hump on your back.



You just have to endure this pain for a while!!

  1. Do you have any sources for the long list of benefits? If not, it just seems like wishful thinking. Why would you get better memory or become a more interesting person from not masturbating?
